Creating a profile
As a Creator, can I upload my CV?
Yes, you can upload it as part of your sign up process. Or you can retrospectively add it when you edit your profile.
As a Creator, what information can I provide?
It’s completely up to you, but the more your share about yourself, the higher your chances of being discovered. You can include credits, achievements, skills & experience, guilds, unions, representation and references. Additionally, you can update your calendar with the most up to date availability. You can indicate maximum of 3 unions, 2 representations and 2 referrals.
As a Hiring Manager, what information should I provide?
Hiring Managers are asked to provide their primary position, location, and company name.
What if I cannot find my role in the Experience database?

What if I want to close my profile?
Please email us at pickfordlist@cinema.usc.edu.
Managing References
I am a Creator and don’t wish to display my References publicly.
By default the reference information is hidden. Others will need to request them and it’s then up to you to reveal them. Alternatively, you can also set the Reference information as public.
I am a Hiring Manager and would like to request Creator’s references for a job opportunity.
The Reference information can be public. If the Reference information is private, click on ‘Request Reference’. Let the Creator know who you are, how they can contact you and why are you requesting their reference. You can continue the communication in your inbox in the ‘My List’ section.
Managing Availability
I am a Creator and would like to indicate when I am available for new opportunities.
Under ‘Update Availability’ you can pick specific dates and set whether you are available or not. The dates that you don’t specify will appear as unknown.
I am a Hiring Manager and would like to check Creator’s availability.
Click on ‘Availability Request’. Let the Creator know who you are, specify which dates you are interested in and give more information what opportunity is this for. You can continue the communication in your inbox in the ‘My List’ section.
Connecting with others
I am a Hiring Manager and found someone who fits my search criteria.
Click on ‘Contact Request’, and include a message with a short intro. Your communication then appears in the ‘My List’ section. You can also check Creator’s availability and request their reference.
I am a Talent and found someone who I would like to connect with.
Click on ‘Contact Request’, and include a message with a short intro. Your communication then appears in the ‘My looks’ section.
